DETECTIVE SERVICES

Private detectives are widely used by our clients to protect their legal interests. We assume that if a client feels any threat to his interests, Czech and international law provides him with protection options, but the burden of proof is always on the side of the plaintiff, the enforcer.

Therefore, we carry out detective investigations for our clients mainly in legal disputes of a commercial nature, where non-performance of contractual obligations, acting in breach of contract, violation of competition clauses or, for example, damage to business interests or leaking sensitive information is addressed. We often conduct internal investigations against employee crime.

Unfortunately, we mostly respond to client inquiries when there is already a problem, but some clients are aware of their liability and risk, so we increasingly resort to preventive steps - background checks, mystery shopping and consulting to set up a safe and anti-corruption environment in our client's operations.

To this end, we have a team of detectives with narrow specializations - internal crime investigation, information analysis, legal analysis, field investigation, use of technology, etc.

Every detective case for us starts with a client's enquiry, analysis of information and the set goal, designing a methodology of the procedure and then gradual implementation. All our detective activities are based not only on international licenses, but also on the Code of Ethics of the Czech Chamber of Detective Services and the absolute confidentiality of our client's information, comparable to attorney-client confidentiality. All our procedures and results of our work are fully legal and usable in official proceedings (administrative and judicial, civil and criminal).

Our detective services are often combined with advocacy support and OSINT analysis.
