Implementation of safety measures

Based on the security policy or general idea of the client, the input analysis and other input information and especially the target needs of the operation, we prepare security measures.

After a detailed analysis of the functional processes and the intended target state, we look for the easiest way to achieve the target security level with sensitivity to operational specifics and with minimal constraints. Using current international safety management methodologies, we design documentation for process measures, technical documentation for the extension or installation of new safety technologies and a training programme for different categories of employees.

We connect everything into a unified, interconnected system, where the individual elements will complement each other. We call this the client's security ecosystem.

Furthermore, we provide clients with implementation of the proposed security measures into operation, supervision over the installation and launch of security technologies, supervision over the performance of physical security services or organizers, communication with external entities, suppliers, the Police of the Czech Republic, in setting up cooperation and communication. The result of our work is that on behalf of our client we will carry out or supervise all the implementation of all the prepared measures, both for normal operations and for temporary projects, security increases, cultural events, etc.
