Based on the security policy, or the client's general idea, initial analysis and other input information and especially the target needs of the operation, we prepare security measures. After a detailed analysis of functional processes and the intended target state, we look for the easiest way to achieve the target security level with a sensitive approach to operational specifics and with minimal restrictions. Using current international security management methodologies, we will propose documentation for process measures, technical documentation for the extension or installation of new security technologies and a training program for various categories of employees.

We will connect everything into a single, mutually interconnected system, where the individual elements will complement each other. We call this the client's security ecosystem. We also carry out the implementation of the proposed security measures into operation for clients, supervision of the installation and launch of security technologies, supervision of the performance of the physical security service or organizers, communication with external entities, suppliers, the Police of the Czech Republic, when setting up cooperation and communication. The result of our work is that on behalf of our client, we will carry out or supervise all the implementation of all prepared measures, both for normal operation and for temporary projects, security increases, cultural events, etc.
