Security Training

Training and drills for employees, external collaborators or suppliers are the basis for managing any crisis. We prepare tailor-made training and drills for our clients according to their requirements. We divide the training into initial and periodic. We prefer a form with a higher proportion of dynamics, where theory is always followed by a practical demonstration and the involvement of all participants in a simulation, where everyone can try out the knowledge just passed on.

Target groups for training:

Non-security personnel (administrative staff, employees in contact with the public, management, etc.)
Security personnel (security officers, organizers, surveillance staff, etc.)
State security forces (special procedures for negotiation, detection of explosives and weapons, detection of suspicious behavior, investigation of 'hate crimes', etc.)

Our company has a wide network of lecturers from the Czech Republic and abroad, so we are ready to offer training tailored exactly to your needs. We prefer to implement training with a real impact on the client's security and gaining self-confidence of the participants.

We usually divide the training into three stages:

Theoretical part
Introduction to the issue, topic, explanation of basic procedures, interactive videos from real situations and cases, methodology of procedure for the target group
Dynamic part passive
The lecturers themselves will show you how to act in the trained procedures and situations, what to do, what to watch out for. The participants watch.
Dynamic part active
The lecturers will prepare, simulate, and create situations according to the training topic, and under their supervision, the participants will actively solve them. After each part, there will be feedback, evaluation, and recommendations for each actor individually.

With regard to our rich international experience, we also implement training for workers (humanitarian, media, medical, etc.) who travel to one of the crisis locations in the world, targeted at local risks.

In some cases, we combine this training with the setting of active security measures for individuals or groups.

Long-term experience in international police cooperation – member of the European Commission of Experts on Weapons (EFE), member of the European section of FBI National Academy graduates participating in annual training in selected areas of international organized crime, long-term representation of the Police of the Czech Republic at international conferences in the field of illegal trade in weapons, explosives, and CBRN materials, experience in clarifying and investigating serious organized general and economic crime, experience in managing investigative teams in corruption and serious economic crime, experience in managing a security corps unit with nationwide competence.
