Security training

Training and rehearsals of employees, external collaborators or suppliers are essential to manage any crisis. For our clients we prepare training and exercises tailored to their requirements. We divide training into initial and periodic training. We prefer the form of a higher proportion of dynamics, where the theory is always followed by a practical demonstration and the involvement of all listeners in a simulation, where everyone can test the knowledge just transmitted.

TRAINING TARGET GROUPS:
  • Odrážka Hazardous personnel (THP employees, public relations staff, management, etc.)
  • Odrážka Security personnel (security officers, organizers, organizers, supervisors, etc.)
  • Odrážka State security forces (special procedures for negotiations, detection of explosives and weapons, detection of suspicious behaviour, investigation of "hate crimes", etc.)
  • Odrážka Civil servants (open source analysis, anti-corruption measures, cybercrime, radicalisation and its manifestations, etc.)

Our company has a wide network of lecturers from the Czech Republic and abroad and we are ready to offer tailor-made training to meet your needs. We prefer to implement training with real impacts on client safety and gaining confidence of the listeners.

So we usually divide the training into three stages:

    Introduction to the issue, topic, explanation of basic procedures, interactive videos from real situations and cases, methodology for the target group

    Dynamic part passive

    The lecturers themselves will show you how to act in the trained procedures and situations, what to do, what to watch out for. Listeners are watching

  • Odrážka
    Dynamic part active

    The lecturers prepare, simulate, and induce situations according to the training topic and under their supervision the students actively solve them. After each part, there will be feedback, evaluation and recommendations for each actor individually.

Taking into account our extensive international experience, we also provide training for personnel (humanitarian, media, medical, etc.) who go to one of the crisis locations in the world, specifically targeting local risks.

In some cases, we combine this training with setting up active security measures for individuals or groups.
